We’ve been running things from Nanhera Road for a good while now. Our spot is in Kuldeep Nagar, and if you know where the PNB Bank is, you’ve basically found us. Ambala Cantt is a busy place, but our little corner stays pretty consistent. We aren't some big corporate setup with a glass building. It’s just an office where we handle our development work and keep the files in order. Sometimes the road gets a bit noisy with all the traffic, but we don't mind it much. It’s just part of being in this neighborhood. We mostly deal with local folks and people who hear about us from their friends or family. There isn't a big marketing team here or anything like that. It’s just us sitting at our desks and getting the paperwork done. The building itself has seen better days, but it’s sturdy and it serves its purpose for what we do. We like being in Haryana. People here are straightforward and we try to be the same way. You won't find any fancy coffee machines in our lobby, just a regular water cooler and some chairs for visitors. We show up early, do the work, and head home like everyone else. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We don’t try to be something we aren't. If you’re ever near the bank, you can see our sign. It's nothing flashy but it's there.
