Shyam & Co. Sales

Shyam & Co. Sales is located at 170 Staff Road. It’s a pretty basic setup we’ve got here, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. We focus mostly on sales, so the day is filled with phone calls and people dropping in to check on their orders. The office has a few desks pushed together and a lot of filing cabinets that have seen better days. Staff Road is a good spot for us because it’s easy for people to reach. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we work through the morning mail. We aren’t the type to use big words or try to impress anyone; we just tell you what we have in stock and when it can get to you. Sometimes we run out of space for all the samples, so boxes end up stacked in the hallway. The kettle is almost always on because we drink a lot of chai to keep us going through the afternoon slump. We’ve been operating from number 170 for a long time, and the building has become like a second home to us. It’s a simple life of buying and selling, and we’re happy with that. No one here wears a suit unless they absolutely have to for a special occasion. We just wear our regular clothes and get to work. Most people who buy from us have been doing so for years and they know where to find us on the map.
