Down on Jagadhri Road, you’ll find the Osaw Complex where we spend most of our time. It’s been our home for Osaw Industrial Productds Pvt. Ltd for a long time. We still use the old P.O. Box No.42 for most of our mail, which feels a bit old-fashioned but it works for us. The building has seen a lot of changes over the years. We make different kinds of industrial tools and equipment here. It’s a noisy place usually, with the sounds of metal and machines running all day long. The guys on the floor know their stuff. They’ve seen every kind of part you can imagine. We aren't really the type to have big meetings or fancy presentations. Usually, we just stand around a workbench and figure out how to fix a problem or improve a piece of gear. Jagadhri Road gets quite a bit of traffic, so getting supplies in can be a headache sometimes. But we’ve lived with it long enough to know the best times to schedule things. The office part of the complex is tucked away in the front. It’s mostly just desks covered in papers and blueprints. We don’t really worry about how it looks as long as we can find what we need. It’s a straightforward business. We make things that other companies need to keep their own operations going. That’s about all there is to it, really.
