Mmihm&Ct,Mullana

Our place is right near the Sadar police station in Charkhi Dadri. It’s a bit of a mouthful, Mmihm&Ct, but most people just know us as the hotel management school nearby. We’re located in the Police Colony area. It’s an interesting spot because you see the police officers going about their business while our students are learning how to cook or manage a front desk. The building is functional, nothing too over the top. We have these big kitchens where the students spend most of their time. You can usually smell something being baked or sautéed if you walk by the windows. It’s a bit dusty outside because of the roads in Bhiwani, but inside we try to keep things as clean as possible for the training. We aren't a massive university campus; it’s more compact and local. The staff here have been around for years, and we know most of the students by their first names. Sometimes the equipment acts up, or we run out of certain ingredients for a class, and we have to scramble to find a solution. That’s just part of the day. We don't have a big PR department to tell everyone how great we are. We just focus on getting the students through their lessons so they can go find jobs in real hotels later.
