Librarian

I have been staying here at House Number 1230 A in Bhagwan Nagar Colony for a long time. This is in the Pipli area of Kurukshetra. It is a quiet neighborhood for the most part, though you can hear the kids playing outside in the evenings. I have always had a lot of books and papers around me, so calling it Librarian just seemed to make sense to everyone around here. My house is not very big, but every corner has something to read or some records I am keeping. People from the colony often stop by just to see what is new or to ask a question about something they read. I don't have a big staff or any modern equipment. It is just me, a couple of sturdy wooden shelves, and a desk that has seen better days. Haryana can get very hot in the summer, so I spend a lot of time under the ceiling fan just organizing things. It is a simple life. I am not trying to build a big company or anything. I just like the order of things and having a place for every book and every note. Sometimes the dust from the road comes in, so I spend my mornings wiping down the covers. It keeps me busy and the neighbors know where to find me if they need help finding a specific bit of information. It is just a local home turned into a small workspace for someone who loves books.
