560 BC Bazar is right in the heart of the action in Ambala. If you know the Bazar area, you know it’s crowded and loud, but it has a real life to it that you can't find in the newer sectors. Our Bsnl office is right there in the middle of all that chaos. We are surrounded by shops selling everything you can imagine, from clothes to electronics. The building we are in is quite old, and it feels like it’s part of the history of Haryana. Working here means you’re never far from a good snack or a loud conversation on the street. We don't have any polished corporate hallways or fancy lobbies. Instead, we have narrow stairs and rooms filled with the smell of old paper and dusty electronics. The customers come in from the market, sometimes still carrying their shopping bags and looking for help. We just take care of their requests and try to keep the lines clear for everyone. Ambala is a major hub, so there’s always a bit of pressure to keep things running properly. We don't use fancy English or marketing slogans to explain ourselves. We’re just the people who work at the Bazar office. We know the local shopkeepers and the rickshaw drivers by name. It’s a community vibe, even if the work is sometimes frustrating when the old equipment acts up. We just keep at it every single day.
