Our office is in Panchkula, over in Sector-26. The address is 1059, Sector-26, Haryana. Panchkula is much quieter than nearby Chandigarh or the bigger cities. Sector-26 is mostly residential, so our workplace feels very calm. There’s plenty of green around and the roads are wide and easy to drive on. We aren't in a big commercial tower; it’s more of a converted space that fits what we need for Ibm India Pvt Ltd. Inside, the rooms are fairly large with high ceilings. We’ve set up our workstations where the light is best. It’s a pretty relaxed atmosphere. Most of the team lives nearby, so there’s not much of a commute struggle like you see elsewhere. We have a small kitchen area where we make our own tea and sometimes bring in sweets to share. It feels more like a small community than a big company. The walls are mostly bare except for a few calendars and some old notes taped up near the desks. Sometimes we go for a walk in the nearby park during lunch just to stretch our legs. There isn’t much noise except for the occasional car passing by or someone mowing a lawn. It’s a practical, quiet place to get work done without all the distractions of a city center. We just focus on the tasks at hand and keep things running smoothly day after day.
