Dhrushi Associates LLP runs out of House Number 1719 in Sector 4 of Panchkula. It is a decent neighborhood, fairly calm compared to some of the other sectors. Our office is basically just a few rooms where we keep our files and meet up to discuss things. It’s not the kind of place with a big neon sign outside. We prefer it that way. Most of the time, we are busy looking over documents or sitting in meetings that probably go on a bit longer than they should. The rhythm of the work here is steady. We have a few people who have been with us since the start. Everyone just knows what they need to do. We don't bother with fancy titles or anything like that. If the bins need emptying, whoever is closest does it. That’s just how we operate. Living and working in Panchkula means we see a lot of the same faces, which is nice. Our space is filled with stacks of papers and the sound of keyboards clicking away. It might look a little disorganized to an outsider, but we have our own system that makes sense to us. We’re just a small group trying to keep the business running smoothly without making a big fuss about it. We’ve got a small porch where we take breaks when the weather isn't too hot. It's just home-grown and local.
