Our place is on Plot No-24/8 in the Industrial Area Phase-Ii. If you know where Tezpur Chowk is, you can find us pretty easily. It’s a very industrial part of the city, so there are always trucks and tempos moving around. The office itself is functional. We deal with transaction services, so there is a lot of paperwork and digital logs to keep track of every day. It’s not a quiet neighborhood by any means. There’s always someone loading something or the sound of a workshop nearby. We have a small crew here. We come in early, get the systems running, and check on any issues from the day before. The building is a standard industrial structure, nothing too pretty to look at, but it serves its purpose. We’ve got a few desks and a space for the machines we manage. Lunch is usually brought from home and eaten together in the back room. The weather gets quite dusty around here because of all the construction and movement on the roads. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s about making sure the services stay active for the people who rely on them. We don’t spend much on decorations or fancy furniture because we’d rather just have things that work. It’s a straightforward operation and that’s how we like to keep it here.
