We're located at 16 Shanti Vihardhakola in Ambala Cantt. It’s a familiar spot for those of us who grew up around here. Arkar Consultants is basically a small group of us trying to help people out with their planning and paperwork. Ambala Cantt has its own rhythm, and we try to stick to it as best as we can. The office isn't anything fancy to look at. It’s got some basic furniture and a couple of computers that sometimes take a minute or two to start up. We don't have any big marketing budgets. Most of our work comes from people telling their friends about us after we help them out. We spend a lot of time talking on the phone or sitting across from people at the small table in the corner. It gets a bit dusty because of the road nearby, but we try to keep it tidy enough for visitors. We aren't experts in everything, but the things we do, we do carefully. Sometimes we make mistakes and have to spend time fixing them, just like anyone else in business. We don't use a lot of corporate talk because it just doesn't feel right for a place like this. We'd rather just explain things in plain English so everyone understands what's happening with their files. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us busy and pays the bills. We’re just regular people working in Shanti Vihar, trying to make things a little easier for the folks who come to see us.
