Bhumi Marble

You’ll find Bhumi Marble right behind the Mount Ice Factory on Himmatnagar Road. We are in Danta, which is part of the Banaskantha district. If you’ve ever driven down this road, you know it can be a bit of a long stretch. The ice factory is the best landmark to use if you are looking for us. Working with marble means there is always a bit of stone dust in the air and the heavy smell of wet rock. We spend a lot of time moving slabs around and checking the stock. It is physically hard work, and your back definitely feels it by the end of the day. The yard is usually full of different types of stone waiting to go out. We don't have a big fancy showroom with air conditioning. It’s mostly an open-air kind of setup where we can move things easily. The sun can be really strong out here on Himmatnagar Road, so we try to do the heaviest lifting early in the morning. Sometimes we have tea with the guys from the ice factory next door. It’s a simple life out here in Banaskantha. We just focus on the marble and make sure the orders are ready when they need to be.
