We are located on the first floor of the Attokkaran Arcade Tower on Mookkannoor Ezhattumugham Road. It’s right in Mookkannoor, near the local panchayath, and not too far from the main Mukanur Road area in Angamaly. The office is a straightforward place where we handle both architecture and interior work. It’s usually pretty quiet around here compared to the bigger cities, which is nice for focusing on drawings. We spend our days mostly looking at computer screens or sketching out ideas for new lofts and house designs. It’s a lot of technical work that people don't always see. We have to make sure the measurements are exactly right so there aren't any surprises when the building starts. Being in Ernakulam, we deal with the local climate and try to use materials that can handle the rain and humidity. Our desks are always a bit cluttered with blueprints and different types of wood and stone samples we’re testing out. We don’t really do the whole marketing thing; most people just hear about us through word of mouth or see our sign when they're passing the arcade. We just focus on getting the plans done and making sure the interiors look like what the client asked for. It’s just honest work, day in and day out, trying to make the most of every space we get to work on in this part of town.
