Alex Architects

You can find us at VI 490, right on NH 47 in Parambayam, which is in the Nedumbassery area of Ernakulam. We are located very close to the Chegamanad Village Office. It’s a bit away from the main city buzz, which is nice because it’s a bit quieter around here. Alex Architects is basically just a small office where we handle building designs and oversee some construction. We’ve been at this location for a good while now. Being near the highway makes it easy for us to get to sites in different parts of the district. The office itself is pretty plain. We have our workstations, a few chairs for clients, and a lot of rolled-up blueprints in the corners. We don't spend much on decorating the place because we are usually too busy with the work itself. We deal with everything from the initial floor plans to the final details before a house is finished. It’s a lot of practical work, and we try to stay honest with people about what can and can’t be done within their budget. We don't use any fancy language to describe ourselves. We are just local architects who know the local building rules and how to get things done in this part of Kerala. Most of our clients are just neighbors or people who saw our board while driving on the NH 47. We like keeping it simple.
