L B Architects

L B Architects is based in the Palm Lands Complex on Temple Road in Aluva Bazar, Ernakulam. We are on the second floor, right near Photon Studio. It’s a typical commercial area with a lot of small businesses packed together. Our office is simple. We have drawing tables, computers, and shelves full of old project files. We’ve been in Aluva for a while, and we like being near the bazaar because everything we need is within walking distance. Most of our work involves planning out houses or small commercial buildings for people in the neighborhood. We aren't doing skyscraper projects or anything like that. It’s mostly local work for local people. When someone comes in, we usually just sit down at one of the tables and start sketching out ideas on paper before we even touch the computer. It’s a slow process sometimes, but we think it works better that way. The noise from Temple Road can be a bit much during the day, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We are a small team, so when you call, you are usually talking directly to the person who is actually drawing your plans. We don't have a big front desk or anyone to filter the calls. It’s just a straightforward architecture office where we focus on getting the plans right so the builders don't have any trouble later on.
