We’ve been working out of the Shahjhanpur Riico Ind. Area for a good while now. Our operation is spread across units 19, 20, 31, and 32. It’s a pretty busy industrial zone, so there is always the sound of trucks and machinery in the background. We spend most of our time just keeping the daily tasks on track. The units are close to each other, but we still end up doing a lot of walking back and forth between them during the day. It gets quite hot here in the peak of summer, but we just get on with it. Trans Acnr Solutions Pvt Ltd is basically us just handling the grind. Sometimes the big gates get stuck or the power cuts out for a bit, but that's just life in an industrial park. We started with just a small space and then took over the other units as we needed more room. It’s not a fancy setup by any means, just a lot of concrete, metal, and hard work. Most of our guys live in the nearby villages, so we’ve become a bit of a local fixture. We don’t have a plush office with carpets; it’s mostly just where the actual work happens. If you stop by, you’ll see we’re usually tied up with something or other. We don’t do much talking, mostly just doing what’s required to keep things moving. It’s been years now in these specific units. We keep the machines going and make sure the logs are signed.
