Sarda Proteins Ltd.

Down at E-172(A) in the Matsya Industrial Area, that’s where you will find Sarda Proteins Ltd. It is an industrial zone, so it’s mostly big trucks and warehouses around us. The air always has that specific smell of an industrial park, and there is a constant hum of machinery from the neighboring units. Our gate is usually open early because there is always a delivery or a shipment waiting. Inside the facility, we have our equipment set up for the protein work. It is loud and can get quite dusty, but that is just part of being in this kind of area. We wear our work clothes and spend most of the shift on our feet. The walls are painted a plain color and there are stacks of bags piled up near the loading dock. Matsya Industrial Area isn't a place for casual walks; it's a place where people come to get things made. We have a small office section where we keep the logs and the computer, but most of the action happens on the floor. The sun beats down on the metal roofs during the summer, making it pretty hot inside. We usually have a few fans going, but they mostly just move the warm air around. It is a tough environment but it’s our daily routine. We focus on the product and getting the bags filled and moved out to where they need to go.
