Srf Ltd.

Out here in Jhiwana, things move a bit differently than they do in the big cities. Srf Ltd. is located right in the village area, part of the Tijara tehsil. It’s a lot of open space around us, which is nice when you need a breath of air. The facility is large, and there’s always something going on. Whether it’s the shift changes or trucks coming in to pick up goods, it stays busy from morning till night. Most of us who work here live in the nearby villages or just a short drive away. We’ve become a bit of a fixture in this district. It’s a lot of hard work, especially when the machinery needs maintenance or the weather gets tough. We don’t have fancy lunchrooms or lounge areas. We usually just eat together and talk about the day’s tasks. There’s a sense of community here because we’re out in the country. We don't really have a marketing team sitting around making brochures. We just focus on the production lines and making sure everything is running smoothly. It’s honest, industrial work. Sometimes the roads out here are a bit rough, but we make do. We’ve been part of this landscape for a while now, and we take pride in just getting the job done without making a big fuss about it. It’s a solid place with solid people who care about their work.
