Smec

Smec is located at house number 2/194 in Alwar, right near the Ved Munshi Bazar. Being so close to the market means there is always a lot of activity right outside our door. You can hear the vendors calling out and the constant sound of motorcycles and rickshaws. The office itself is a simple space where Shri J. P. Soni and the rest of us handle the daily tasks. It is not a big corporate setup by any means; it feels much more like a traditional neighborhood office. We have basic desks, some sturdy filing cabinets, and a few extra chairs for visitors who stop by to talk. The walls are a plain off-white color and the ceiling fans are essential for dealing with the Alwar heat and the dust that comes in from the street. We spend most of our time going through paperwork and talking to people who walk in from the bazaar area. The entrance is situated near the Bhatt Pitanjali shop, which is the easiest landmark for people to find us. We do not have any flashy signs or advertising, just the name on the door. It is the kind of place where we know the local shopkeepers and the residents living nearby. Sometimes, when things quiet down in the evening, we sit near the entrance to catch a bit of a breeze. It is just a regular local business doing its work in a very straightforward way.
