Cem Engineers

We are located right near Gulmohar Public School in Rath Nagar. If you know that area of Alwar, you know it’s a fairly easy place to find. Our sign says Cem Engineers, and we’ve been operating out of B 9 for quite some time now. Being in Rajasthan, the summers get pretty hot in the office, but we’re used to it. We mostly deal with engineering projects and technical stuff that needs a lot of focus. It isn't the kind of work where you see a lot of foot traffic. Usually, it's just us looking over drawings or talking about site requirements. The school nearby means there’s always a bit of noise during the day when the kids are out, but we don’t mind. It makes the neighborhood feel alive. We started this because we liked building things and solving problems. There’s no big corporate vibe here. It’s just a group of engineers trying to make sure things get done correctly. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and other times we leave early if things are quiet. Rath Nagar is a good spot for us. It’s close enough to the main parts of town but quiet enough to actually get work done. We’ve had a few different people join the team over the years, but the core of what we do at Cem Engineers hasn't changed much since we set up shop here in Alwar. We just keep things moving and get the jobs finished.
