Shree Jagdamba Metals

Shree Jagdamba Metals is based out in the RIICO Industrial Area, Phase 1, at plot E-132A. It’s a rough-and-tumble kind of place, full of metal scrap, heavy tools, and the smell of grease. We spend our days dealing with all sorts of metal parts, moving them around with the forklift or sorting them into bins. It’s loud and it gets very hot in the summer, especially under the tin roof, but that’s just the nature of the work. We’ve been at E-132A for several years, and we’ve gotten to know the rhythms of the industrial area pretty well. There isn’t much for comfort here—no air conditioning or fancy lounge. We have a small table where we eat our lunch and a dusty office where we keep the logs. Most of the time, we’re out on the floor getting our hands dirty. It’s the kind of job where you’re tired by the end of the shift, but you feel like you’ve actually accomplished something tangible. We don't do any big marketing or have a sales team. People just know we’re here in Phase 1 if they need metal work handled properly. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay out of the way of the big trucks moving through the lanes. It is a noisy life but it is what we know.
