Our place is at F - 671 in Phase 2 of the Riico Industrial Area in Alwar. If you know the area, you know it is mostly factories and big trucks moving in and out all day long. D. L. Steels Pvt. Ltd. is just one of the many sites out here in this dusty part of the district. The sun can get really intense during the summer, making the metal buildings feel like ovens sometimes. We spend most of our time inside the facility dealing with orders and managing the floor. It is a busy environment with a lot of noise from the machinery and the transport vehicles. Phase 2 is a large area, and it can be easy to get turned around if you are not familiar with the layout of the streets. Our gate at F - 671 is where we spend most of our lives. It isn't a place for tourists, that’s for sure. It is all about productivity and keeping things moving. The dust settles on everything by the end of the day. We have our routine and we stick to it. The staff here are mostly local folks from around the Alwar district. We see the same faces every day and eat at the same small stalls nearby. It is a very industrial atmosphere where everyone is just trying to get their job done before the heat gets too bad. It is a tough environment but it is what we know.
