Our company, Bhiwadi Metal Rollwell (P) Ltd., is based at A-1131 in the Riico Industrial Area in Bhiwadi. If you know this area, you know it is a massive grid of factories and warehouses. We have been in this particular plot for a long time. The air is always thick with the smell of industry, and the sound of rolling mills is everywhere. Our facility is where we spend all our time, monitoring the machines and making sure the metal is being processed the way it should be. It is not a glamorous place. The floors are stained with oil, and the walls have a layer of dust that seems to return five minutes after you clean it. But this is where the real work happens. We have a small office space at the front where we keep the books and take calls, but most of us prefer being out where the action is. The Riico area is a tough place to work because of the heat, especially in the middle of the year, but we have a good crew that knows how to handle it. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy website. We just focus on the rolling process and making sure our output is consistent.
