S S Perforators is right on Harsauli Road. Actually, the address just says Harsuali Road twice, which is funny, but that is where we are. We work with metal sheets mostly. The machines make a lot of noise when they are punching holes through the steel. You can hear it from out on the road. It’s a rhythmic sound that we’ve grown to like over the years. We started this because we knew how to handle the equipment. Our shop isn't very large, but we have enough room for the perforating machines and the raw materials. Usually, there is a lot of scrap metal lying around that we have to clear out once a week. It’s hard work and your hands get dirty and scratched up pretty fast. We wear gloves, but they don’t always help. Harsauli Road gets a lot of trucks moving through, so there is always a bit of a breeze from the traffic. We don't have a fancy showroom. Customers usually just come to the back where the work is happening to see the samples. We talk about the specs and the sizes over a cup of tea. It’s a very informal way of doing things, but it works for us. We just focus on getting the holes lined up right and making sure the sheets are flat. That is basically our whole day. We don't complicate things more than that.
