We are located at C-587 in the RIICO Industrial Area, Phase-I in Bhiwadi. It’s a typical industrial setting with a lot of factories side by side. At Prayag Ploytech Pvt. Ltd, we work with plastics and polymers. It’s a lot of heat and molds. The factory floor is always the center of everything we do. We have shifts running to keep up with what we need to produce for our clients. Bhiwadi is a bit of a tough place to work because of the dust and the heat in the summer, but we’re used to it. Our office is just a small part of the building. Most of our time is spent checking the quality of the plastic or fixing the machines when they act up. We aren't interested in making ourselves sound bigger than we are. We just have a job to do and we do it. The workers here come from all over, and we have a good rhythm going. It’s not a fancy environment, but it gets the job done. We deal with lots of bags of raw material and finished products every day. It’s a lot of physical work and keeping an eye on the temperature gauges. We just keep our heads down and work. That’s how we survive out here in Phase-I. It's simple and honest.
