Our factory is located at Plot No C-827 in Phase-2 of the Riico Industrial Area in Bhiwadi. We spend our days surrounded by plates, bowls, and all sorts of tableware. It’s a big space because you need a lot of room to store all these items without them getting chipped or broken. The air in the factory usually smells a bit like the materials we use, and there’s always a steady hum from the machines and the packing area. We aren't some fancy design studio; we’re a manufacturing unit where people work hard to get these products out the door. We see stacks of dishes every day, and we spend a lot of time checking them over and boxing them up for shipping. The RIICO area is quite busy, so there are always trucks coming by to pick up orders. We’ve been operating here for a good while, and most of us know the routine by heart now. Sometimes it’s a bit repetitive, but there’s a certain satisfaction in seeing a finished set of tableware ready to go to someone’s kitchen. We don't have a polished corporate headquarters, just this practical workshop where the real work happens. It’s dusty and loud sometimes, but that’s just how it is in Bhiwadi. We just focus on making sure the boxes are packed right and the orders go out on time to the shops and distributors. We just make sure the orders match what people asked for.
