Our place, Mogu Engineers Authorised System House L T, is located at 4 Ka 205 206 in Shivaji Park, Alwar. We are an authorized system house for L&T, which keeps us pretty busy with various technical projects around the Rajasthan area. Shivaji Park is a nice area, quite green compared to some other parts of the city. We have two units combined to give us enough room for our equipment and the team to work. It’s not a fancy setup, just a functional one with plenty of space for the panels and parts we deal with daily. Being in Alwar, we have to deal with some pretty intense heat during the summer, but the office is comfortable enough once the coolers are going. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating things or out in the workshop area checking on the assembly. There’s usually a stack of manuals and technical guides on every desk because there’s always something new we need to look up. We aren't big on formalities here, we mostly just wear comfortable clothes and focus on the task at hand. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so the atmosphere is pretty relaxed and friendly. We usually have lunch together and talk about things other than work for a bit to clear our heads. It’s a steady rhythm we’ve got going here in Shivaji Park. We don't try to be anything we’re not, just a reliable team doing our bit.
