M. G. Fresh

M. G. Fresh is located at Plot No. F-248 in Phase II of Udyog Vihar, within the Riico Industrial Area. This part of town is all about factories and big warehouses, and we fit right in with the rest of them. We focus on keeping things fresh, which means our mornings start extremely early, usually before the sun is even up. We have to get everything sorted and ready for transport before the heat of the day kicks in. The industrial area can be a bit confusing to navigate with all the similar-looking plots, but we have been at F-248 for long enough that the drivers know the way. Inside, it’s mostly just a lot of cold storage and people moving quickly to get orders packed. It is a very practical setup without any fancy office space or reception area. We are usually wearing heavy boots and jackets because of the temperature we have to keep inside. Sometimes a machine breaks down or a truck gets a flat tire, and we have to work twice as hard to catch up. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important to make sure the food stays good. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and try to keep our heads down. It’s a busy life in the Riico area, and we are just one small part of the big machine that keeps the city fed.
