Inertia Foods Pvt Ltd is based out of Phase-Ii in the industrial area, at G-I, 681. It’s a standard industrial plot, nothing special to look at from the outside. Inside, we are usually busy with whatever food products are coming through that day. The pace can be a bit fast depending on the season. We spend a lot of time checking temperatures and making sure everything is packed right. It’s not the kind of place where you sit down much. There’s always a truck backing in or someone moving pallets around. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now, and we know the rhythms of the industrial area. Lunch is usually a quick affair because there’s always something that needs attention. The staff here are mostly locals who have been with us for a while. We don’t go in for big speeches or complicated rules. We just follow the basic stuff that needs doing to keep the food safe and the orders moving out the door. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to fix them on the fly. It can get a bit hot in the summer months, but we manage. It’s a decent place to work if you don't mind getting your hands a bit dirty. We just try to do an honest day's work and head home. The neighbors are mostly quiet, just other warehouses and such.
