Larsen & Tubro

You can find us at As-3 in the Konark Oasis complex, situated right on the Alwar By Pass Road in Bhiwadi. Being out here in Rajasthan means dealing with a lot of dust and some very hot afternoons, but we’ve gotten used to it at Larsen & Tubro. The office is part of a newer development, though it already feels lived-in and busy. We are positioned along a major route, so there is always the sound of trucks and tankers moving past on the bypass. It’s a very industrial vibe around here, which fits the kind of work we handle. Inside the office, things are pretty basic. We have our workstations set up, a small area for meetings, and a cupboard full of safety gear like hard hats and vests. It’s not a place meant for showing off; it’s a place for getting things organized. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at spreadsheets to keep our projects on track. The Konark Oasis area is growing, but it still has that rugged, edge-of-town feel to it. Most of the staff drives in from nearby residential blocks, and we usually eat lunch together at our desks. There’s no corporate canteen or fancy coffee machine, just a kettle and some local snacks from the shop down the road. It’s a practical base for us to operate from while we manage the various sites in the Bhiwadi industrial belt.
