Baangur Cement

Baangur Cement is over at Plot No. 126, and we are on the 3rd floor of the Nemichamd Market. It’s right opposite the New Sabji Mandi, so you can imagine how noisy and crowded it gets in the mornings. You can smell the fresh vegetables and hear the vendors shouting from our windows. Getting up to the third floor is a bit of a workout since the stairs are narrow and we carry a lot of stuff. The office is usually full of talk about supply and demand. We deal with cement, so things can get a little gritty underfoot sometimes. The market life is busy, and we are right in the middle of it. We’ve been at this location for a while now. Most people find us by looking for the mandi first. The space inside is mostly just desks and samples of what we sell. We don't have a big reception or anything. People just walk in. We keep the ledgers on the back shelves. It’s a bit cramped when we have a few visitors at once. Sometimes we have tea from the stall downstairs while we go over the day's orders. It’s a practical place for a practical business. We don’t bother with much else. The market starts wrapping up by the time we’re finishing our paperwork for the day. It's a long day but it's what we know.
