A.R. Foods (P) Ltd. is tucked away in the Riico Industrial Area Phase 3 in Bhiwadi. Being in an industrial zone means there is always a lot of activity around us. Our address is No. H-884, and it is a pretty standard setup for this part of town. We spend our time managing the food processing side of things. It is not always easy work because there are a lot of steps to follow and things to keep track of. The building is large enough for what we do, but sometimes it feels small when we have a lot of stock coming in. We have a group of people here who have been with us for a bit, and we all just know our roles. There is no corporate ladder or anything like that, just people working together to get the orders filled. Bhiwadi can get quite hot and the industrial area is no exception, but we keep the fans going and stay on task. We do not have a fancy front office or a receptionist to greet people. Usually, someone from the back just comes out if a visitor shows up. We mostly deal with other businesses and suppliers, so it is all very functional and focused on the day-to-day operations. It is just a regular food company trying to keep up with the daily demands of the trade.
