Parppidam

You can find us at Highland Tower in Muvattupuzha. We’re right across from the EVM automobile showroom on the road that goes toward Kolenchery. The sign says Parppidam. In this part of Ernakulam, things are always moving. We deal with housing and building stuff. It’s a lot of coordination, really. People come in with ideas for their homes, and we try to see how it can happen on the ground. The office gets a bit crowded on market days since we’re near the Market P.O. area. It’s a practical sort of place. We don’t have fancy carpets or anything like that. Just some desks, some chairs, and a lot of site reports. Sometimes the rain in Kerala makes it hard to get out to the sites, but we manage. East Kadathy is a good spot for us. We’ve seen the town grow quite a bit from our window in Highland Tower. Most of the people who work here are from around Muvattupuzha or Kolenchery. We talk to folks in the local language mostly, keeping things simple. Building a house is a big deal for anyone, so we try not to make it more complicated than it needs to be. We just show what can be done and what can't based on the budget people have. If you’re driving past the EVM showroom, just look up. We’re right there. It’s a steady job.
