Our office is in Village Pohina, which is part of the Amroli post office area in Aligarh district. It is quite a way out in Uttar Pradesh. Most people expect offices to be in big glass buildings in Noida or Gurgaon, but we are right here among the fields. The air is a bit clearer here, even if the internet can be a bit slow sometimes. We have a set of computers and some desks in a building that looks like most others in the village. A lot of the people working here come from the nearby houses. We walk or ride bikes to get to work. It is a quiet life compared to the city. We do not have a cafeteria, so we usually bring lunch from home or grab something from a local shop. The work keeps us busy, but we always have time for a chat. In the winter, it gets quite cold in the mornings, and we all huddle around with our sweaters on. We have been here for a while now and the locals know us. It is just a small operation doing its thing in a corner of Aligarh. There are no fancy signs or big posters on the walls. We just come in, do the work, and go home to our families. It is a practical setup that works for us. We do not try to be something we are not. This is just where we work.
