We are located in Beswan, which is a part of Aligarh. The pin code is 202145. It’s a small shop where we handle computer stuff. We have a few machines set up along the walls. It’s not a big showroom with glass windows and bright lights. It’s more of a practical place where people bring their broken computers or come to learn how to use a keyboard and mouse. The space is a bit cramped because we have parts and boxes sitting around in the corners. Sometimes it gets a bit hot inside with all the machines running at once. We spend our days fixing things and talking to people from the neighborhood who need help with their electronics. It’s a very local business. We know the people who live on the street. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy logo. Most of our customers come here because they heard about us from a neighbor. We deal with slow internet and power surges just like everyone else in Aligarh. Sometimes we have to wait a few days for parts to arrive from the bigger cities. It’s just the way things go. We open up in the morning and stay until the evening. If someone needs a printout or a scan, they just walk in and we do it for them. It’s a very basic operation we have going here in Beswan.
