We’re tucked away at Plot No-24 in Panchsheel Colony. It’s a pretty quiet residential area for the most part, right off Ramghat Road. Being near the P.A.C. makes it easy to give people directions when they’re trying to find us for the first time. We handle various technical services, which basically means a lot of different things depending on the day. One morning might be all about repairs and the next could be figuring out a new installation. The office is a bit crowded with equipment and manuals, but we know where everything is. It’s a local operation, and we don't really go for that corporate vibe you see in the big cities. We just like to get things finished properly without making a big fuss about it. Some of us have lived in this colony for years, so we’re very much part of the neighborhood. You might see us grabbing a snack at the corner shop during lunch. We aren't much for writing big reports; we’d rather just show someone how a machine works. The phone rings a lot, which is a good sign I guess. It can get a bit dusty with all the construction happening nearby, but we keep the fans going. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. No fancy uniforms or scripted greetings when you call. Just real people working on technical stuff every day until the light fades out.
