Manu Teaching Classes

Ramghat Road is where we spend most of our time at Manu Teaching Classes. It’s one of those parts of Aligarh that never really sleeps. Our space isn't huge, but it fits what we need. We have a few rooms where we hold the classes. It’s mostly just desks and chairs that have seen a lot of use over the years. We didn't want a place that felt too formal or stiff. It’s more like a second home for us and the students who come by. There’s a lot of coming and going throughout the day. You can hear the scooters and rickshaws outside all the time. Sometimes the noise is a bit much, but we’ve gotten used to it. We keep the windows open when the weather is nice, though the Aligarh dust can be a bit of a problem. People know us by the sign we have out front on Ramghat Road. It’s nothing special, just enough so you don't miss the turn. We spend a lot of time preparing notes and sitting around the main table. There isn't a lot of "management" talk here. We just see what needs to be done and do it. If a lightbulb goes out, we fix it. If the water cooler is empty, we fill it. It’s simple. We like being part of this community. It feels real. Most people who come here live just a short walk or bike ride away. It is just a practical place to get some studying done without any fuss.
