Heritage International

If you head over to 3/256 in Janakpuri, that’s where you’ll find us. Heritage International isn’t some big flashy operation. It’s just a regular building on a busy block in this part of Delhi. We spend most of our time inside these walls dealing with the daily tasks that keep a place like this running. It gets pretty loud outside with the traffic and the street vendors, but once the doors are shut, we just focus on what’s in front of us. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in what we do, so you’ll usually see stacks of files on the desks and pens everywhere. We don’t have a big reception area or a team of people in suits. It’s just a handful of us making sure things happen. The neighborhood has its quirks, like the way the water tap acts up sometimes or how the electricity flickers when the weather turns bad. We’ve grown used to the routine of Janakpuri life over the years. Lunch usually involves someone going out to grab something from one of the local stalls nearby. It’s a plain, functional way to work. We don't try to make it seem like something it isn't. It’s a workplace where we show up, do the hours, and head home at the end of the day. That’s just the reality of it for everyone here. We aren't doing anything fancy, just our job.
