Our office is over in the Civil Line area of Aligarh, specifically in the Masood Mahal Compound on Lal Diggi Road. It is the DSA office for Icici Bank, run by the son of Mr. Rais Ahmed. The compound has a bit of history to it, which makes it an interesting place to work every day. We are not in a modern glass building; it is more of a traditional setup. We spend our hours going through loan documents and talking to customers who come in to see us. It is a busy road outside, especially with all the students and locals moving around Aligarh. Inside, we try to keep things organized, though the piles of paper sometimes get the better of us. We have a few old fans that hum while we work and we drink a lot of chai throughout the day. We do not use any corporate jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We are just a local team helping people get their paperwork in order so they can get what they need from the bank. The Masood Mahal location is easy to find, and most people in the Civil Line know where Lal Diggi Road is. We have been here for a good while and have a steady routine. It is not a fancy life, but it is good, steady work that we are proud to do. We just want to make the process simple.
