It’s a straightforward environment without any corporate decorations. We just deal with the paperwork as it comes in and try to stay on top of things. Most people who come to see us are from the nearby villages and they usually know us by name. It’s a steady way to spend the day. The postman usually stops for a chat when he drops off the mail.
