Sakthi Foods

Sakthi Foods is located in the Kumarpuram post area, which is in the Alappuzha district. If you know this part of the country, you know how green it is and how the rain can really come down during the monsoon months. We have our little setup here where we handle food products, mostly focusing on what the local people need for their kitchens. It is not a corporate office with air conditioning and fancy chairs. Instead, it is a practical building with high ceilings and a lot of movement. We have local folks coming in to help with the packing and the loading. The pace of life in Alappuzha is a bit slower than in the big cities, and we try to reflect that in how we work. We don't rush things too much because we want to make sure everything is handled carefully. Our neighbors are mostly other small businesses and houses, so we try to keep the noise down. Sometimes the delivery trucks get stuck in the narrow mud roads after a big storm, and we all have to go out and help. It is just part of the daily routine here. We don't have a big mission statement or anything promotional to say. We just want to keep the business running so everyone can keep their jobs and our customers have what they need. It’s hard work every day, but we like it here.
