Flavours Of Kerala

Down in Chirakkal, near the Poochakkal P.O, is where you will find Flavours Of Kerala. It is a quiet spot, much different from the big cities. We are surrounded by a lot of greenery and the air feels a bit fresher here. Our place isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a local building that serves our purpose. We have been in this part of Poochakkal for a long time. People around here know us by name, and we usually see the same faces every morning. The pace of life is slower, which we appreciate. We spend a lot of time handling our daily tasks without much fuss. The post office being so close is handy for when we need to send things out. Sometimes when it rains hard, the roads get a bit muddy, but we are used to that. Inside, it smells like the work we do. We don't have fancy leather chairs or glass partitions. It is mostly wooden tables and some old shelves filled with papers and samples. We start our day early when the birds are still loud. By the time the afternoon heat kicks in, we are usually deep into our routine. It is a simple life and a simple way of doing things. We don't see a reason to change much of how we operate. Most days are peaceful, and we like the steady rhythm of working in Chirakkal.
