Redstack Technologies Private Limited is down in Muthukulam North, which is part of Alappuzha. Our office is at Chakkili Thekkathil. It’s a bit different from working in a big city because it’s much more rural here. We are surrounded by houses and trees rather than tall office buildings. We set up this company because we wanted to do tech work without leaving our hometown. The office is small and simple, just enough room for our equipment and a few chairs for visitors. We don't have an HR department or a PR person. It’s just us handling everything from the coding to cleaning the floors. Sometimes people from the neighborhood stop by to see what we are doing because it’s not every day you see a technology company in this part of Muthukulam. We deal with various technical things, mostly software and web stuff. The pace of life is a bit slower here, which we like. It gives us time to think and do the work properly without feeling rushed all the time. We don't have any polished speeches about our values. We just try to be helpful and do a good job for whoever hires us. It’s a quiet life in Alappuzha, and we are quite happy with how things are going so far in our little office. We just focus on finishing our projects and keeping the computers running.
