Our place is at 13/135 A Kallingathodi House in Chirayam. It’s a bit different because we operate out of Panayikulam. It’s a quiet residential area, not like those big office parks you see in the city. The house is where everything happens for Syncjura Ventures. Sometimes it feels a bit strange to be doing business from a home address, but it saves on rent and keeps things simple. We have our desks set up and we spend a lot of time on our computers or talking on the phone with people. The neighborhood is mostly families and old houses. You can hear the birds and the sound of the neighbors going about their lives. It’s a peaceful way to work compared to the city. We don’t have a big sign out front or anything like that. If you didn’t know the house number, you might walk right past us without noticing. We are just a small team trying to make things work. We don't have corporate retreats or fancy titles. We just do the work that needs to be done each day. Sometimes we take a walk around Chirayam just to get some fresh air when the screens get too bright. It’s not a high-pressure environment, which is how we like it. We’re just regular people working from a regular house in a quiet part of town, doing our part to keep things moving along.
