Kalinga Food Product

Kalinga Food Product is based in the Alappuzha district, specifically in Kolasseri on Kuttiyil Street. Our place is near the Njakkanal Post Office on Krishnapuram Road. It’s a nice part of the world, with plenty of greenery around the buildings. The work we do here keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We have a small facility where we process the food items. It isn't a high-tech lab; it’s more like a large kitchen with bigger equipment. We have to be very careful about keeping everything clean, so we spend a lot of time washing down the surfaces. The humid weather in Alappuzha can be tough, but we have fans running to keep the air moving. Our neighbors on Kuttiyil Street are mostly families and other small businesses. We see the postman every day when he makes his rounds to the Njakkanal office. The road outside can get a bit congested during school hours, but otherwise, it is a decent place to work. We don't have a big corporate team. It is mostly local people from around Krishnapuram Road who come in to help with the packing and sorting. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks. We just put our heads down and get the work done so we can get home to our families in the evening. The address is easy to find if you just follow the main road past the post office. We’ve been here for years now and know everyone around.
