Being in Alappuzha, we are used to the water and the way the seasons change the pace of work around here. Our business is a mix of engineering bits and export stuff, so the office usually has a few technical drawings lying around next to the shipping manifests. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s a decent spot. The shopping complex is always full of people going about their business, which makes it feel lively. We don't do any big advertising. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have worked with us before. We started this company because we had the skills and wanted to stay local in Kerala. Some days are just spent responding to emails and trying to figure out why a part hasn't arrived yet. It’s not a perfect system, and we’ve had our fair share of long nights when the deadlines get close. We drink a lot of tea while we work to keep going.
