Kovoor Exports

Kovoor Exports is located in the Kovoor Building over in Mannancherry. It’s a sturdy old building and we’ve made our space here comfortable enough for the work we do. Being in Mannancherry means we are a bit away from the main city rush, which is actually nice most days. We focus on exporting goods and spend most of our time coordinating with suppliers and drivers. The building has been in the family for a while, so it felt natural to set up the business here. It’s not a fancy setup with modern art or anything; we just have the desks, computers, and files we need. We usually start early in the morning before it gets too hot. There’s always a bit of dust because of the road nearby, but we keep the office clean enough. Dealing with exports means you have to be patient with the red tape and the shipping schedules. We take things as they come and try not to get too stressed when a boat is late. It’s just a regular local business where we know our neighbors and they know us. Most of our day is spent making sure the orders are filled and the paperwork is ready for the customs officers. If you walk into the Kovoor Building, you’ll likely hear the sound of the printer going or us talking about the latest shipment. We like the pace here.
