Sai Sales

Sai Sales is located right near the Sai Baba Mandir, which makes it very easy to find. We are directly opposite the Malkapur Gram Panchayat building. There is always something going on outside our door, whether it’s a local meeting or people heading to the temple. It’s a lively spot to be in. We sell a variety of items, and the stock is always changing depending on what people are asking for. Our shop isn't very large, so things tend to get a bit cluttered. We have shelves all the way to the ceiling. We use a tall wooden ladder to reach the stuff at the top, and it’s a bit wobbly, but we know how to balance on it. The bells from the mandir are a constant background noise for us, and it’s actually quite nice. We don't have a marketing strategy. We just sit on our stools and wait for the locals to come by. We know most of our customers by their first names. We talk about the weather, the local news, and whatever else is happening in Malkapur. It’s a simple way of doing business that has worked for us for a long time. We don't use computers much, preferring to write everything down in our big red ledger. It feels more reliable that way. If you need something, you just come in and ask. We'll find it for you eventually among all the boxes and shelves.
