A One Bricks

We are located out on Hirpur Road in the village of Mortijapur, not too far from the NH - 6. A One Bricks is basically a local yard where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s a lot of physical labor, moving heavy loads and dealing with the heat from the kilns. We aren't some big company with a polished image. We’re just a group of guys working in the dirt to get these bricks made. The village is quiet, but the highway brings in people from all over who are looking for materials. Sometimes the equipment breaks down or the fuel for the fire is hard to get, but we make do with what we have. It’s an unglamorous life, honestly. There’s dust on everything, including our lunch, but that’s the reality of the brick business. We don't have a website or a marketing person. Most people just pull up their trailers and we load them by hand. It’s been this way for years. We know the land here and we know how to work it to get a decent product. If you’re coming from the highway, the turnoff to Hirpur Road is easy to miss if you aren't looking for it. We’re just a small part of the Mortijapur community, doing our part to help people build their homes and shops. It’s just us, some clay, and the daily grind.
