We are pretty close to the LIC office, so that makes us easy to find if you’re coming from that direction. Working in the agrotech field means our schedule often follows the weather and the planting seasons. It’s not your typical nine-to-five office job. We spend a lot of time talking about seeds, soil, and what the farmers are seeing in their fields. The office itself is functional and a bit plain. We have maps on the walls and a lot of technical manuals lying around. It gets a bit dusty because of the road outside, but we don't mind much. We’ve been here for a while now, and we’ve seen the city grow out toward us. Some days we have a lot of visitors coming in to ask about new agricultural techniques. We try to give them straight answers without any of that corporate talk. It’s just people talking to people. We don't have a fancy lobby with a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just says hello. We handle our accounts manually for the most part because it’s easier to keep track of that way. It’s a quiet life, focused on the basics of agriculture and making sure things are moving along as they should be.
