Sanskar Shikshan Sansthan Kutil

Out here in Kuchil, near Kishangarh, we have been running this place for a bit. It’s a quiet spot in Ajmer. The school is right there in the village, so it’s easy for everyone to find. We aren't a big city school with fancy equipment or anything like that. It’s mostly just rooms and benches and teachers trying to get the lessons done. The morning starts with everyone getting together. We have some trees in the yard that give a little shade during the afternoon breaks. Sometimes the wind picks up a lot of dust from the surrounding fields and it gets into the classrooms. It’s a simple setup. We spend our days making sure the kids are actually reading their books and doing their sums. The building could use some fresh paint, but that’s how it goes when you’re busy teaching. We see the same families every day. It feels more like a community than a business or a big institution. People around here know each other, so there aren’t many surprises. We just keep doing what we do every year. Sometimes we have small events if the weather is nice, but mostly it's just classes. We don't have a big office or a secretary. Usually, if you need something, you just come find one of us in the hallway or the yard. It’s a bit noisy when the classes let out, but that’s expected. It's just a regular part of life here in this part of Rajasthan. We take it day by day.
